FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED by the Mayor and Council
of the City of Caldwell, Idaho:
SECTION I.
That an application has been presented to the Council
of the City of Caldwell.for the passage and approval of an Ordi-
nance vacating that portion of Albany Street in Caldwell, Idaho,
extending Northwesterly from its intersection with Third Avenue
and particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Easterly corner of Block 95 as shown on the
Revised Map of Caldwell, Idaho, filed for record in the office
of the Recorder of Canyon County, Idaho, in Book 1 of Plats,.
page 20; running thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly
'line of said Block 95 to the point of intersection with the
North line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
quarter (&, I o:) of the Northwest , _quarter of Section
Twenty -two (22), Township Four (4) north, Range Three (3)
;vest of the Boise Meridian; - running thence East along the
North line of said Southwest , -.ivarter of the Southwest Quarter
of the Northwest ' of said Section 22 to the point of
intersection with the Southwesterly line of Fractional Block
105 as shown on said Revised Map of Caldwell, Idaho; running
thence Southeasterly along the Southwesterly line of said

Block 105 to the .Southerly corner of said Block 105; running
thence Southwesterly (along the Northwesterly line of Third
Avenue) to the point of beginning.
in which Application the applicant is the owner of all of•the
property abutting and adjacent to said portion of Albany Street.
SECTION II.
That said Application will be considered under a suspen
sion of the requirement that an Ordinance be read on three different
days at a special meeting of the Council of the City of Caldwell,
to be held on the day of January, 1944, at the hour of
o'clock P.Mi., at the Council Chambers in the City Hall
in the City of Caldwell; when and where, or prior to which date,
any citizen of the City of Caldwell or any owner of property in
the City of Caldwell may file with the Clerk of the City of Cald-
well written objections to granting said application or may file
any claim for damages which any such citizen or owner of property
may sustain by reason of the vacation of said portion of Albany
Street; and any objections to the vacation of said portion of Al-
bany Street, so filed, and all claims for damages so filed, will
be considered and ascertained by the Council of the City of Cald
well at said special meeting.
SECTION III
Notice of the foregoing shall be given to all citizens of,
and owners of property, in�the City of Caldwell by the publication
of this Ordinance in The Caldwell News- Tribune, a newspaper pub-
lished in the City of Caldwell,.Idaho, in at least one issue, and
commencing with the issue thereof published.January 4, 1944.
Passed by the Council of the City of Caldwell, this 3rd
day of January, 1944. Approved by the Mayor of the City of Cald-
u;ell, this 3rd day of January, 1944.
