"Section 1. That that portion of that certain tract
of land, horcinafter dnscribpd, and heretofore conveyed
to the City of Caldwell, by QeorZe L. Crookham and wife,
by deed dated the Oth day of January, 1931, recorded
the 11th day of January, 1931 In look 119 of Deeds, page
?40 bhoroof, records of Canybr County, Idaho, for street
purposes, and her; tofore uscd by said City of Caldwoll
for strent purposes, is now no longer nondo! by said
City for said purposes, and the same is hereby vacated,
abandoned and d1sGontirued, to-wit-,
"Beginning at a point which is 87.6 feet per-
pendicularly distant Southerly from the center
line of the !ain 7ract of the Mider Hranch of
the Oregon Short Line Railroad, at End ineerts
