AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE N0. 165
OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CALDHELL,
1915, DELETING THE PROVISION SETTING THE HOURS THAT
TEM OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK SHALL BE KEPT OPEN.
Be it ordained by the mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho:
Section 1. That Section 9 of Ordinance No. 165 of the Revised
Ordinancos' of the City of Caldwell, 1915, be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section 7. The City Clerk shall keep, according to some estab-
lished system of bookkeeping, all aeocunts between the City and its
officers and other persons, and shall keep an official record of all
demands on the treasury, audited and allmwed, showing the number ,
date, amount, name of original holder, on what account allowed, out of
what fund payable, and he shall do and perforce such other dudes as pay
from time to time be enjoined on him by ordinance or resolution of the
Council.
Section S. That this ordinance will be in full force and effect
from anci after its passage and approval and publication in book form
as provided in Ordinance No. 591.
