AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARY AND COMPENSATION OF THE
SOON OF THE CEMETERY OF THE CITY OF CALDVIELL; AND PRO -
VIDING THAT THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL MAY PROVIDE THAT THE
SEXTON HAVE PRIVILEGE OF 1RESIDING IN RESIDENCE ON C �
TERY PROPS RTY; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
WITH THIS ORDINANCE.
be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho.
Sect The salary of the Sexton of the Cemetery of the City
of Caldwell, Idaho, shall be One Hundred Forty -five ($143.00) Dollars
per month payable monthly. The above salary shall be full compensation
for all services performed by him as such Benton. Provided, tiat if
the Mayor and Council so order the sexton may be given the privilege
of living in the residence on the cemetery ground.

Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section S. This ordinance will be in fall force and effect from
and after its passage and approval and publication in book form as pro-
vided by Ordinance No. 591.
