AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 1, 2 AND 3 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 432 PROVIDING FOR LICENSING OF BILLPOSTERS, ADVERTIS-
ING DISTRIBUTORS AIM SIGN PAINTERS.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho:
Section 1. That Sections 1, 2 and S of Ordinance No. 432 be and
the same are hereby repealed.
Section. 2. That this ordinance will be In fall force and effect
from and after its passage and approval and publication in book form
as provided in Ordinance No. 391.
