AN ORDINANCE TO ADD A NEW SECTION TO ORDINANCE NO. 91
TO BE KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS SECTION 1:5; E STABLI RUNG
THE MINIWX COST OF'WATER SERVICE AND TAWS TO THE CITY
PATER :GAINS; SETTING FORTH SERVICE PROVIDED FOR MINI-
MUM FEZ AND PROVIDING THAT COSTS OF MATERIALS AND LABOR

ORDINANCE NO. 505 AND ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDI-
NANCES IN CON'F°LICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE.
Idaho: Be it ordained by the Mayor and eouneil of the City* of Caldwell,,
Section 1. That a new section be added to Ordinance No. 91 to be
known and designated as Section No. 15 to read as follows:
Section 15. The minim charge for a grater service and tap to the
city mater mains shall be Thirty ($50.00) Dollars and shall provide a
"Standard Service and Tap" as follows:
One three - fourths inch corporation, stop at the main
One Service Ruin of three - fourths inch Galvanized Iron Pipe, to
a maximum distance of @Fie ffired Twenty -five Feet.
One five - eighths by three- fourths inch, standard make, water meter.
One three - fourths inch curb stop.
One fifteen inch concrete meter box.
The labor required to make the service and tap.
If the applicant for the service requests, and is granted, a service
and tap differing from the above, "Standard Service and Tap," in either
the size;,, type or quantity of material, the charge shall not be less than
Thirty ($30.00) Dollars, but it shall equal the actual cost of the material
used and the labor involved in making the service and tap if the changes
I, or additions make the total cost, labor plus material, of said service and
tap exceed the Thirty ($30.80) Dollars which shall be the minim - charge.
;section B. Ordinance No. 505 and all ordinances and parts of ordi-
nances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance will be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and appro% 1 and publication in book form as provided in
Ordinance No, 5919
