Be it ordained. by the H-ayor and Council of the city of Caldurell,
Idaho:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 508 be and the same
is heraby amended to read_ as follows-
Section 2. The license fee to be paid by persons who are -the
proprietors of Maces of business where d.rauE;h.t beer or drauuht and-
bottled 'weer is sold, to the customer shall be fifty and no one - hundredths
( "50.00) dollars per annum; where bottled beer only is gold and con-
strued on the premises where sold, twenty -five and no one- burdredths
( ?25.00) dollars per annum; ilrher� bottled beer is only sold and not
consumed on the premises, tjolve and fifty one- hundredths (;";112.50)
dollars per annum. Such license fee shall be in addition to all other
license fees required by other ordinances of the city of Caldvrell, Idaho.

For the purpoee of this ordinance the year shall commence ,.iith
the first day of July and each license ,ranted shall be issued as'to
expire at midnivht on the 30th dad* of June, folloarin the issuance. The
license fee shall be paid. annually in advance Before the license is
issued.
Section 2. That this ordinance will be in full force and effect
from and after its passa,;e and approval and publication in book form
as provided in Ordinance No. 591.
