Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the city of
Caldwell, Id +aho:
Section l.. That all the ordinances of the city of Caldwell of
a v- n:;ral and permanent character be revised, codified and compiled
and published in a book form that, such chanWes, alteratioz?s, moclifi-
cations, .additions and substitutions be made therein to the end that
a complete simplified code of the Leneral and permanent ordinances of
the city of Cald;rell in force at the time such codification is com-
pleted: be presented iith errors, inconsistencies, r - petitions and
ambi_uities eliminated.
Section 2. Such ordinances when published in book form and
passed by the Council s.nd approved by the i4_a3Tor shall be in full force
and effect and no further publication of any ordinances contained in
such revision ;rill be necessary to make the same effective.
Se ction 3. That this ordinance will be in full force and effect
from and after its passa;e and approval and publication in book form as
provided herein.
