AN ORDINANCE TERMED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL
APPROPRIATING MONEY IN SUCH SUM AND SUMS AS ARE
DEEIIED NECESSARY TO DEFRAY ALL PROPER EXPENSES AND
LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CALDWE:LL, IDAHO, NOT
OTH�ITWISE PROVIDED FOR, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINN-
ING MAY 1 1942, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SEC-
TION 49 -1714, IDAHO CODE ANNOTATED, 1932.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR �:ND COUNCIL OF TIME CITY OF CALDWELL,
CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO:
SECTION I. That there is hereby appropriated out of the
money or moneys, in the City Treasury for the purpose of de-
fraying; the necessary expenses and liabilities of the City of
Caldwell, I�aho, for the fiscal year beginning on the 1st day
of May, 1942, the sum and sums of money, or so much thereof as
may be necessary, for the following purposes, and in the follow-
ing amounts, to -wit:
For the City Hall, including salaries,
maintenance and operation
Mayor and Council, including salaries
City Clerk, including salaries and inci-
