BY PROVIDING FOR THE PURCIUiSh PRICE AND FOR PIER-
PhTUAL CARE FOR CERTAIN BURIAL FACES IN CERTAIN
LOTS IN BLOCK 58 01 SAID CALDUELL CITY CEMETERY
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES ADD PARTS OF ORDIN-
ANCES IN CONFLICT HhRhWiTh.
BL IT ORDAINED BY THE IkAYOR ADD COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL,
CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That frora and after the passage,
approva.l. aild publication of this ordinance, no dead shall
be issued by the Mayor, Clerx, or other officers of the
City of Caldwell for lots vvithin the cemetery except
me
upon the following conditions: Thai the person pur-
chasing a six- lot shall pay into the Treasury of
the Citj of Caldwell the sum of Forty Dollars (t40.00)
as the purchase price of said lot, and the sum of One
Hundred Dollars (Q - 100.00) in addition thereto, to be
placed in the Perpetual care Fnnd heretofore created by
the city oKCaldwell for the care, maintenance and upkeep
of said lots; That the person y, rchasin: three-burial
lot shall pay into the Treasury of the City of Caldwell
the sum of Twenty Dollars Q20.00) as the pur3hyse price
of said lot, and the sum of Yift7 "Tars (Q50.00) in
addition thereto, to be placed in the said Perpetual Care
Fund; That the person purchasing a one-burial lot shall
pay into the Treasury of the City of Caldwell the sum of
Ten Dollars 110&0) &s the ourchuse price of said lot,

and the sum of Twenty-Five Dollars (425,00) in addition
thereto, to be placed in the said perpetual Care Fund.
PROVIDED, however, that deeds to burial places
on Lots 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 41, 44, 45, 46, 47, 4e, 73,
74, 75, 76, 77, 76 and 82 of 3lock 58 of said Cemetery,
which lots in said block have been set aside for the
burial of babies, may be issued by the Mayor and City
Clerk or other authorized officers of the City of Cald-
well, upon recent of the sum of O for each of
2ala burial Places, of which said sum, the sum of Q2.50
shall be the sDle - yrive of each of said burial places,
and of which said sum, the sum or 0.50 shall be placed
in the perpetual care fund of said city.

PROVIDED FURTHER, that no deeds shall be given
for any such lots or burial places, purchased or sold,
after the passage and publication of this ordinance,
until the suns herein required as the purchase price
shall have been paid into the treasury of the City of
Caldwell.
PROVIDED FURTHER, however, that no sums are to
be charged by the City as the purchase price for burial
of any person who is buried in what is known as the
Potters Field, at public expense.
PROVIDED FURTHER, also, that no grave shall be
opened in said cemetery except in the Potters Field,
until the grave fee of $10.00 has also been paid, except
on burial places for babies, the grave fee shall be
05.00.
SECTION II. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict here-
with, are hereby repealed.
