AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARY OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL-
1vMN OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, and PROVIDING THE
TIME AND MANNER IN WHICH SAID SALARY SHALL BE PAID, RE-
PEALING ALL OTHER ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE, AND PROVIDING THE TIME IN
WHICH THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FORCE AND EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Mayor and Council of the City of
Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1• The salary of the Mayor shall be the sum of
Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per month, payable monthly in the same manner
as other claims against the city are paid.
Section 2. The salary of each Councilman shall be the sum
of $25-00 per month, payable monthly in the same manner as other claims
against the city are paid.
Section 3• All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4• This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the 4th day of May, 1941.
