of Caldwell, to -salt
the Board of Ad of the City of
Caldwell has recommended that Section 2 of 0rdinance No,
501 of the City of Caldwell, and Sections 3 and 6 of
Ordinance Ito. 501 of the City of Caldwell as amended by
Ordinance No. 515 of the City; of Caldwell be amended in
certain particulars and that Ordinance NO 501 of the City
of Caldwell be amended by adding two new sections to be knamm l
as Sections 44 and 45, regulating the establishment of wpodo
in.g yards and wrecking houses aud providing for enclosing of
wrecking yards and wrecking houses within the City* of Cald-
well, and reSuInting the establishment of amusement halls,
dance halls, community building s and auditoriums within the
City of Caldwell; and
WHEREAS, after due notice given a public hearing; was
had on the 14th day of November, 1938, and the matter having
been finally considered by the _':.ayor and Counnc l .of the City
of Caldwell at, after and pursuant to such notice and public
hearing,
NO4, THEREFORE, said Ordinances be, and the same are,
hereby amended to read, as follows
SECTION I. That Section 2 � Ordinance No„ 501 of
