That there is hereby appropriated out of
any money or moneys, In the City Treasur for the purpose
of defraying
the necessary expenses and liabilities of the
City of Caldwell,` Idaho, for the Fiscal year beginning on
the first clay of Mai', 1937, the sum, and sums of money, or
so much thereof as may be necessary for the following pur-
