Section. Be Any person or persons violating the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be deamed guilty of a mis-
demeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not more than the

Section 30 Any Ordinance or pests of Ordinances
in conflict with this Ordinance is hereby repealed.
