AN ORDINANCE TEPMED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL,
,APPROPRIATING MONEY IF SUCH SUM AND SUMS AS ARE
DEEMED NECESSARY TO DEFRAY ALL PROPER EXPENSES AND
LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CALD IDAHO, NOT
OTHER7NISE PROVIDED FOR, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGIN-
NING MAY 1, 1936, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE
SECTION 49-1102 AND SECTION 49-1716,, IDAHO CODE AN-
NOTATED FOR 1932.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CALUCTELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1.
That there is hereby appropriated out of any
money or moneys, in the City Treasury for the purpose
of-defraying the necessary expenses and liabilities of
the City of Caldwell, Idaho, for the fiscal year 'Oegin-
ning on the Ist day of May, 1936, the sum,. and sums of
money, or so much thereof as may be necessary for the
following purposes, and in the following amounts, to-
wit:
For the City Hall, including salaries,
maintenance and operation
Mayor and Council, including salaries
City Clerk, lork, including salaries and in
cidentals
City Treasurer, including salaries and
incidentals
City Engineer, including salary and in-
cidentals
City Attorney, including salary and in-
cidentals
Health Department
Fire Department, including salaries,
maintenance and incidentals
