BE IT ORDAII;ED AND LS'TABLISHED BY THE I. AYOR AN'D CO X-
CIL OF THL CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO:
Section 1.
That all that portion of Kimsey Street lying North
of Block 3 of the Callaway Addition to the City of Caldwell,
Canyon County, Idaho, according to the official plat thereof,
now on file and of record in the office of the Recorder of
Canyon County, Idaho; and also that certain unnamed street
beginning at the Northern boundary of Aven Street and extend -
inJ Northward. along; the Easterly side of said Block 3 of
Callaway Addition to the Cit -,r of Caldwell, Idaho, together
with the intersection of the said Kimsey and the said un-
named street, be, and the same are, hereby vacated, and the
same, after the passage, approval and publication of this
ordinance, shall not be considered any part of the streets,
alleys or thoroughfares of the City of Caldwell, Idaho.
Section 2.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be, and the same are, hereby repealed.
