BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF PFiHE CITY OF
CALD�MML, IDAHO: 1di
Section 1. That hereafter the City Clerk of
the C* of Caldrell is hereby authorized and directed to
charge water rentals for domestic eater against the pro-
perty to °.!hick the water is delivered. Statements of the
amount of water used and an amount due therefor may be mail-
ed or delivered in care of either the owner of such property
or the occupant thereof, when requested by the owner of the
property or his agent; that the mailing or delivering of
t;:,.e s tatement of water rentals due to either of the said
persons shall not relieve the responsibility of the proper-
ty for t ° ,ihioh the same is delivered, and hereafter the City
Clerk shall not be required to mail out notices of the amount
of jater delivered and the amounts to be 'paid by the user,
unless requirested to do so by the occupant of the property
or unless the amount of water delivered by the City for any
one month is in excess of the minfmrnum charge, as fixed by
the ordinances of the City of Caldwell,
Section 2. That all water rentals for domestic
water furnished by the City shall be due and payable to the
City Clerk of the City of C on tr before the 10th
day of each month, and should the water rentals to any pro-
perty be not so paid, it shall be the duty of the City Clerk
to notify the Superintendent of !eater Works and to give the

Superintendent of water jrJorks a certified list of all
properties where the water rentals have not been paid;
and it shall be the duty of the Superintendent of '
Works to Immediately stop delivery of domestic water to
such properties and alone the meters connecting the pro-
perty with the City Water works, and thereafter the me-
ters shall not be again opened until all delinquencies
