Section 2, Any person, firm or corporation

10 Zolating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof
shall be fined in any sum not exceeding One Hundred Dollars
(4100.00).
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and
take effect from and after its passage, approval and publica—
tion.
