CEMETERY; REGULATING THE DEPTE OF C!; A' AND PRESCRIB11NIG

BE IT ORDAINED By the Mayor and Council of the
City of Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. Each grave in the City Cemetery of
the City of Caldwell, Idaho, shall be not less than five
and one-half feet in depth.
Section 2. All burial vaults shall be not less
jhhan two feet below the surface of the ground and shall be
covered with at least two feet of earth.
Section 3. Any person violating any of the pro-
visions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not
exceeding One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars.
Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict with this ordinance are hereby expressly repealed.
SEction 5. This ordinance shall be in force and
take effect from and after its passage, approval and publica-
tion.
