Section 1. That S( 63 of irdinanue No. 2879 of the 'V'ity of %Ualdwell,
Idaho passed by the ;ouncil on the l7th day of Jovember 1917, as WqL- by
` 12 of Ordinance No. 292 of the City of Galdwellp ld6iio passed. and
approved on the 21st day of January 1918, be and the same hereby is &-fiended to
read as follows:
"Section 63. It shall be unlawful for any person, fixvi company or
storage; such tanks shall be supplied with proper feed and vent pipe and pump.,
and each pump with an automatic cutoffS such tanks shall be buried outside the
wall of any building or under the sidewalk or close to the euxb line,, according
to the following specificationst
