BEGINNING M FIRST TUEMLY OF MAY,1930.
BE IT ORDAIN By the Mayor and Council of the City
of Caldwall,Idaho
Section 1, That there is hereby levied upon all the
taxable property within the eity limits of the City of Caldwell.,,
Idaho, for general revenue purposes for the fiscal year beginning
the first Tuedday of jjay,l93O,in addition to other taxes
heretofore leviedWthe following tax and assessment to —wit;
For the General Fund 15 mills on every dollar of
ss essed valuation,
For the library Fund l 0 3/4 mills on every dollar
of assessed valuatio
For Emergency ;Re of 1m rovements 1930, B'
mills on every dollar of assessed valuation.
For Cemetary Maintenance Fund, l mill on every dollar
of assessed valuation,
For the Bonds and interest Funds 7 Q 3/4 mills on
every dollar of assessed. valuationand
For the Street Lighting Fund 3 mills on every dollar
of assessed valuation.
Section 2. That there is hereby lekied and assessed upon
certain property heretofore excluded from the corporate limits
of the City of Caldwrell,and within the County of Canyon, State of
Idaho the bond and interest funds for the payment of bonds
issued prior to Januery,l,1929,7 mills upon each and every
dollar of assessed valuatig4 of said property,de scribed as follows
to -wit;
The East half of the Southeast qu.arter,the Worth-
west quarter Of the Southeast quarte.r,and all that portion
of the South half of the northeast quarter lying South of
the Boise Valley Traction Company "s railroad track,of Section
Thirty- five; The Vest half of tke Southwest quarter,of
Section Thirty- five;the East half of Section Thirty - three;
the northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter; the South
half of the Northwest quarter,and, the South half of Section
Thirty - Four ; the Southwest quarter,and the Southwest quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section Thirty- five,all in
Township Four Borth,of Range Three Nest of the Boise Meridian*
Also the Nest Half of Section Twenty -done; the Borth -
west quarter of Section Twenty- eight „all. in Township Four
North of Range Three west of the Boise Meridian,
SeQticyn 3r That there is hereby levied and assessed upon
certain property heretofore excluded from the xmx3M corporate
limits of the City of Caldwell, and within the County of Canyon,
State of Idaho,for the bond and interest fun for the payment of
bonds issued prior to January,1,19 0, 7 mills uponv each and
every dollar of assessed valuation of , said property described as
follows,to -wit.
The Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section twenty- eight;aid the South half of the Southwest
quarter of the Southeast quarter of section Twenty-eight
all in Township Four Northo of Mange Three Test of the
Boise Meridian.
Section 4 This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage approval and: publication.
