", RELATING TO TIME, PLACE &T IsIANNER OF PARKING ON CERT iIN STREETS SPEFICI.ED HEREIN; REGULATING THE LENGTH OF TRUCKS yu 221CLES `411ICLt I AY PARK: AT ANGLES ON SAID STREETS AND REPEALING ALL OTHER OIVINANCES IN CO TLICT HERngITI-T. By IT ORDAINED By the Mayor and Council of the City of C a ldwell: Section 1. That section 1 of Ordinance No. 444 of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, passed and approved on the 12th day of September, 1927, be and the same hereby is amended to read as follows: "That Section No. 37 of Ordinance No. 413 of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, passed and approved on the 13th day of Tuly, "A. D., 1925, be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows: "All vehicles in parking upon the paved streets and avenues within the City of CaldRell, shall park at an angle of 35 to 45 degrees with the right hand curb and with the rightgX, o. wheel of the motor vehicle against the right hand curb, ex cept upon the following streets and avenues, to-wit: Main Street from �ir w Aven Avenue to Sixth .venue; Cleveland Boulevard; South Kimbell Avenue From Blaine Street to Irvin; Street; North Kimball avenue from the North side of the 0. S. L. Railroad right of way to Indiana street; Seventh :venue from Blaine Street to Cleve - land Boulevard. Upon said streets and avenues; above mentioned in said exception, and on all other_ streets, vehicles shall be pa3 °ked with the wheels parallel to the curb and not more than 15 inches from the curb, Where such curb exists, and so that at least two feet shall be left clear in the front said rear of said vehicle. FROVIDED, That on such streets as the police department shall have marked and designated parking spaces, on the curb line, vehicles parked on the curb line shall park wholly within such designated space. PROVIDED, further, that no truck or other vehicle over six- teen feet long shall be perr.?itted ' to park on the following streets having angle parking, to -wit: Main Street from Sixth Avenue to Ninth .venue; Seventh J- .verue from the alley North of Main Street to Trthur Street; Arthur Street from Seventh avenue to E inch Avenue; South Kimball Avenue from the alley Forth of 1 Street to Blaine Street. 9f Double parting shall not be permitted on any of the streets within the City of Caldwell. "No vehicle shall be parked or stand on the sidewalk or on any portion of the parking or curb- ing along; any of the streets of the City of Calder well." Section 2. 1,11 Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict Wi:th..this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage, approval and publication.
