BE IT ORD,AIVIM By the Mayor and City Council of Cald-
well as follows
Section 1. That on and after January 1, 1929 no bus
or stage owner or operator shall use any of the streets, curbs
or sidewalks in the City of Caldwell for parking any stage or
bus loading or unloading passengers, excepting as in Section 2
hereof provided.
Sec. 2. That on and after January 1, 1929 no bus or
stage, or bus or stage owner or operator, shall park or load
or unload passengers, as provided in Section 1 hereof, excepting
and unless the privilege of parking, loading or unloading is
granted to such owner or operator by the Mayor and Council of
the City of Caldwell and pursuant thereto a space is properly
marked off by painting the curb in the manner designated and
provided by said Mayor and Council; provided, however, that in
no event shall any such privilege be granted, or parking, loading
or unloading permitted upon Main Street or any street
secting Main Street within a distance of one hundred fifty (150)
feet front such intersection, nor upon any street, sidewalk or
curb South and East of'Seventh Avenue South and Seventh Avenue
Nor th.
Sec. 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating
any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined any sum
not exceeding $100.00; each unlawful parking, loading or un-
loading by the same conveyance shall be deemed a separate
offense.
Sec. 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
shell take effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication.
