Idaho:
SECTION I. That that portion of 11th Avenue in

be and the same hereby is, disoontinuted. and vacated.
SECTION I!. That the said street so vacated may
be closed and &all constitute a portion of the adjoining
property from the time tilis ordinance takes effect.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage, approval and publication.
The foregoing ordinance was passed by the City
