AN ORDINANCE VACATING THAT PlIRT OF FILITORE STREET LYING BE--
T3MN ELEVENTH AND TWELFTH AVENUES IN THE CITY OF CALDWELL,
IDAHO, AND THE ALLEY THROUGH BLOCK THIRTY - SEMEN OF DORM r S
ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF CALI ELL EXTENDING NORTIDNESTERLY
FROM T1TLFTH AVENUX.
Be it Ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho.
SECTION 1, That that portion of Filmore Street, in
the City of Caldwell, Idaho, lying between Eleventh Avenue and
Twelfth avenue in said city, and also the Alley through Bloch
thirty-seven of Dorman's Addition to the town of Caldwell
extending northwesterly through said block from Twelfth Avenue
of said city, be and the same hereby are DISCONTINUED and
VACATED.
SECTION 2. That the said street and alley so
vacated may be closed and shall constitute a portion of the
adjoining property from the time this ordinance takes effect.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage, approval and publication.
The foregoing ordinance was passed by the City
