AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK
72, OF THE REVISED MAP OF CALDWELL, IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED By the Mayor and Council of the City of
Caldwell., Idaho.
Section 1. That all that portion of that certain alley ad-
joining and adjacent to Lots 10, 11 and 12, in Block 72, revised
map of the City of Calckaell, Idaho, be and the same hereby is va,-
cated.
Sec. 2. All Ordinances of parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Sao. 3. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication.

1927.
