AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ASSESSMIENT AND LEVY
OF A TAX FOR, GENERAL REVENUE; PURPOSES FOR PAYING THE CUPRENT
EXPENSES OF THE CITY OF CALMELL, IDAHO, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING THE FIRST 7= OF MAY, 1926.
Be it Ordained by the Hayor and Council of the City of
Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. That there is hereby levied upon all the
taxable property within the city limits of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho, for general revenue purposes for the fiscal year beginning
the first Tuesday of May, 1926, in addition to other taxes here-
tofore levied, the following tax and assessment, to-wit:
For the General Fund Mille on every
dollar of assessed valuation,
For the Library Fund rrills on every
dollar of assessed valuation,
For Emergency Restoration of Improvements 1926 ��r
mills on every dollar of assessed valuation, / zo
For Cemetery Maintenance Fund mills on every
dollar of assessed valuation,
For the Bond and Interest funds mills on
every dollar of assessed valuation, and
For the Street Lighting Fund mills on
every dollar of assessed valuation.
Sao. 2. That there is hereby levied and assessed upon
certain property heretofore excluded from the corporate limits
of the City of Caldwell, and within the County of Canyon, State
of Idaho, for the bond and interest funds for the payment of
bonds issued prior to January let, 1919, e mi upon
each and every dollar of assessed valuation of said property,
described as f ollow s, to-Wit:

Sec. 3. That there Is hereby levied and assessed
upon certain property heretofore excluded from the corporate
limits of the City of Oald7jell, and within the County of Canyon,
State of Idaho, for the bonds and interest funds for the payment
of bonds issued prior to January lst, 1522, wills upon
each and every dollar of assessed valuation of said property,
described as follows, to-
