1925, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 39401 IDAHO COMPILED
STATUTES, AS AM -ENDED BY CHAPTER 157, LAD'S OF 1993, OF THE STATE
OF IDAHO; AND, SECTION 4053, IDAHO 00 "PILED STATUTES, AS AME'NDE'D
BY CHAPTER. 139, LATE OF 1921, OF THE STATE OF IDAHO.
Be it Oraained by the "ayor and Council of the City of
Caldwell, Canyon County *, Idaho;
Section 1. That there is hereby appropriated out of any money
in the City Treasury, for the ;,purpose of defraying; the necessary
expenses and liabilities of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, for the
fiscal year beginning the first Tuesday in 7 111 1 1ay, 1925, the silm and
sums of money, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the fol-
lowing 'puruoaee, and in the following amounts, to -wit:
