Be it Ordained 1�y the Mayor and Council of the City
of Caldwell, Idaho:
I Section 1. Sectio'n 28 of Ordinance No. 413, approved
J 13, 1925, be and the same is hereby amended to read as
f ol lows :
"Sec. 26, No driver of any motor vehicle, except
sta,gees and. buses shall perwit more than three (3) persons to
ride in the front seat of such vehicle; provided, however, that
dicivers of - ;.)uses axid staSeb shall not pexmit more than four
(4) persons to ride in the front seat of such bus or stage."
Sec. 2. C
1 "eotion 29 of Ordinance No. 413, approved
July 13, 1925, be and the same is hereby amended to read as

"Sec. 29. No ' person shall drive any motor vehicle
with one hand, or indulge in the 7practice commonly known as
oiie--aria driving,; - provided, however, that this section shall not
apply to i,-,ersonB having only one hand."
Sea. 3. Sections 28'arld 29 'of Ordinance No. .413,
approved July 13, 1925, and all ordinances or ,parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby re
