etary, and the convey -nee of lots therein, and to provide for the
appointment cf a sexton and to define his dutied.

Sec. 4. No person or persons shall be allowed to bury their

Sect 5. The sexton shall make and keep a record x gx of all
burials in the sity cemetery. Such record shall include 'the name
of the person deceased, when and where born, if known,the d"te of

Sec. 11. The fee for burial in the unplatted portion of

Every certificate of conveyance shall be recorded
by the clerk fat the time it is issued.
Sed.13. The sexton is authorized to collect from those re—
quiring his services not more than the following compensation for
the services named:
For digging a. grave not snore than four feet in length and
f our feet and six inches deep,
i For digging a grave
in length and five
six inches in depth, �!
For Disinterring bodies fron a. grave over four feet injength,
For disinterring bodies from a grave not pore than four feet
in length,
For recording each burial or remov }al, —a
