Be it ordained by the 1 and Council of the City
of Caldwell:
Section 1. That Ordinance No..,22, entitled "An Ordinance
defining and prohibiting nuietinc es and providing f or the -
abatement thereof, and - providing a - penalty for the maintenance
thereof", approved Nover.iber 9, 1-915, be and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto, ",ection 8-a, to read as follows:
Section 8-a. No person shall post Or tack any bill or
advertisement upon any telephone pole, telegraph.pole,
electric light or - power pole, or any interurban railroad
p ole, within the City limits of the City of Caldwell, and
any persons violating the provisions of this Section, shall
be deemed guilty of being the author of a nuisance, and shall
be - , punishe'd - therefor, in the manner i- by Ordinance No.
22, of Which this is an ai.

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage, approval
and publication.
