Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Cal dwel 1:
Section 1. That Section 6. of Ordinance No. 266, entitled
"An Ordinance Providing for the regulation of traffic on the
streets, avenues, alleys, and public places of•the City of
Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho; - providing penalties tot the
violation thereof; and repealing ordinances numbered'124,
196, and 198, and all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith", approved by the Mayor, November 9, 1915,
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 6. No vehicle or street car shall so occupy
any streei,'ai to interfere with or interrupt the passage of
other care or vehicles; no vehicle, unless in an emegarency,
or to allow another vehicle or pedestrian to cross its path,
shall stop in any stree� highway, except ne ar the right
hand curb thereof', so as not to obstruct the crossing; no
vehicle shall pass a street car while loading or unloading
passengers; no vehicle shall be left standing or parked on
I�Ain Street or Arthur Street on which street car tracks are

located, except within eighteen inches and parailel with the
curb on the Tight hand of the Street in the direction in which
the vehicle is headed; no vehicle shall be left standing
or parked on any of the other streets in the busing sie t . on
of the City of Caldwell, except with the right hand' wheel
against the curb and the body of the car at an angle with the
curb, between twenty and forty degrees; no vehicle shall be
left standing or narked on any of the streets ora;1%1 in the
City of Caldwell, within twenty feet of a -tire hydrant;
no vehicle shall be left standing or parked o -I any of the
streets of the City of Caldwell, within
feet of any other vehicle; no vehicle shall be left standing
