AN ORDINANCE DEDICATING FOR THE USE OF VLTERANS
OF 'WARS`, IN WHICH THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA WAS EN GAGED,
FOR MEMORIAL AND BURIAL PURPOSES, CERTAIN TOTS IN CANYON
HILL CEMETERY.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and, the Council, of the
City of Cal dwell;'

Cemetery, of the City of Cal dwell,! in Canyon County,
State of Idaho, as the same are shown on the official plat
thereof, now on file and of record in the office of the
City Clerk of the City of Caldwell, and also in the office
of the County Recorder of Canyon County, State of Idaho,
be, and the same are hereby dedicated to the use of veterans
of wars in which the united States of America has been
engaged, for burial` and memorial purpo
Section 2. That the grounds herein dedicated, shall'' be
forever preserved, protected, and improved by the City of
Caldwell, in a manner commensurate with the so lemn and
devoted purpose for which the dedication is m ade, and
conjunction with the duly recognised organisations of the
said bodies of veterans.
Section 3. All ordinances and <resolutaion in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed,
