Fe It ordained by the TTayor and City Council of the
City of Caldwel!,Td.aho,as follows;
SECTION NO. P.EQUIPED. That article No.1, of section No.
2, be amended to read as follows; No wall,structure,building or
part thereof or any chimney shall be built,enlarged or altered
and no furnace,resturant or hotbl range,candy kettle or large
laundry stove shall be installed within the corporate limits of
the city of caldwell,untill a plan of the proposed work,together
with a statement of the material to be used shall have been sub-
mitted to the buildinfr inspector who shall,if In accordance with
the provisiond herein contained,issue a permit for the proposed
construction or installation.
SECTION NO.2-DATF OF f,FFFCT. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in full force on and after the first day of January 1921.
