SECTION I. WHEREAS the public interest and convenience
require the improvements hereinafter described to be made in the
City of Caldwell, Idaho, it is hereby declared to be the intention
of the Vayor and City Council of said City to improve those certain
portions of the streets hereinafter designated in manner as here-
inafter set forth.
SECTION 11. The streets on which such improvements are
to be made are Kimball Avenue and Blaine Street; and the portions
of such streets so to be improved are that portion of Kimball
Avenue lying betreen the north of Freeport street and the
north line of the intersection of the paved district already
established in said City with said Kimball Avenue at VpL,4"44 4i
