AN ORDINANCE AVENDING ORDINANCE NO TWO HU14DRED EIGHTY
01\ FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF
STREETS,AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDI-
NANCRS IN CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALDVVELL:-
SECTION I, That on and after the first Monday in
1916,the Superintendent of Streets of the City

of Caldrell , Idaho shall recieve from said city the sure
of "9 ' per month as compensation for his services.
S $;CTIOg +. 2. All ordinances or pasts of ordinances in con -
flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
SECTION 3, This ordinance shall take effect and be in
