Section Section 63 of said ordinance %<ppering on page �f 21 of
said ordinance as originally paseed,reading as follows,to wit; it shil
be unlawful for any person,firm.company or corporation to keep or
store or to permit the keeping or storing of any gaeolene,benzine,
naphta,crade petroleum or product of petroleum or hydro-carbon liquid
which will flash of emit inflammable vapor at a temperature below
one hundred and ton degrees farenheit,in quanities of more than tlaen'py
gallons with out the written permission of the fire ahief.Ho more
twenty gallon's of any of the articles herein before mentioned
shall in any case be kept in any one place except as in this ordinane
herein after provided,and any quanity in excess of twenty gallons and
not to exceed 110 gallons must be stored outside the walls of any
building at a spot designated by the fire chief. If the quanity
desired to be stored,kept,or used is more than 110 gallons,the appliiation
must be made to the City Council,-which before any action is taken there-
on.Bhall refer the same to the Pire Chief for iuvestigution which
officer shall recommend the conditions advisable to be inbodied in the
