ORDINANCE NO. 2809
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 2763, THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2008 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2009
APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED AND /OR
EXPENDED BY THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, IN THE SUM OF $1,294,200
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, IDAHO:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 2763, the appropriation ordinance for the City
of Caldwell, Idaho, for the fiscal year commending October 1, 2008 and ending
September 30, 2009, and the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of monies be appropriated to revenues in the sum of
$291,750, to be used for authorized activities.
That the additional sum of monies be appropriated out of expenditures in the sum
of $1,294,200, to be used for authorized activities.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication.
