ALLEY APPEARING THEREON THE BLOCKS FIFTY ONE '(51) FIFTY THREE (53)
FIFTY EIGHT (58) FIFTY NINE (59) ANN EIGHTY THREE (83) OF WOUNTAIN VIEW
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF CALDIXELL,IDAHO, AS THE SAME APPEARS ON THE REVISED
MAP THEREOF NOW ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDTTR OF CAII COUNTY,
IDAHO.
Idaho.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell,
Seotiton 1. That the plat and the portion of the alloy appearing
thereon and included within the Blocks hereinafter enumerated,to wit;-
Blocks Nos. Fifty one (51) Fifty three (53) Fifty eight (58) Fifty nine (5P)
and Eighty three (83) of Mountain View-Addition to the City of Caldwell,
Idaho,aB the same appear upon the revised map thereof now on file in the
Office of the Recorder of Canyon County,ldaho,be,and the same hereby are,
in so far as they affect the Blocks above described,vacated,abandoned and
discontinued.
