An Ordinance providing for the levy of a tax assessment
for the purpose of paying the current expenses of the City of
Caldwell, Idaho, for the fiscal year beginning on the First
Tuesday in May, 1916, as heretofore appropriated.
Be it ordain ad by the ItEayor and Council of thb, City of
Caldwell, Idaho.
Section 1. There is hereby levied upon all taxable
property in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, for the fiscal year
beginning on the First Tuesday in May, 1916, in addition to
other taxes heretofore levied and for &oneral revenue purposes
the following tax assessments, to-oit:
For GEYZIRAL FUND throe and six-tont (3 6/10) mills on each
and every dollar of the assessed valuation of the said property,
for ROAD FUND five aad two"tenths (5 2/10) mills on each and every
dollar of the e-aesessed valuation of bhe said property, for LIBRARY
FUND nine-tenths (9110Y mills on each aad every dollar of the
assessed valuation of the oaia property, for PARK FUND four-tenths
(4/10) mills on each an& every dollar of the assessed valuation of
the said property, for BOND.A.ND UTEREST FU11D six and five-tenths
(6 5/10) mills on each and every dollar of the assessed valuation
of the said property, and for CE1002Y FM four - tenths (4/10)
mills on each and every dollar of the assessed valuation of the said
property.
