OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO AND THAT SAJD LANDS
SHOULD BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO. AS PART OF THE C,2 (COMMUNITY
COMMERCIAL) ZOIIIE; DECLANING SAID LANDS SY PROPER LEGAL DESCRIFmON AS
DESCRIBED BELOW TO BE A FART OF THE CITY OF CALDMVELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO;
DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER AND PLANNING AND ZONiIND DIREC70R TO ADD SAID
PROPERTY TO THE OFFICIAL IMA1 OF THE CITY OF CALDVMLL, IDAHO; REPEALING ALL
