An Ordinance vacating, abandoning and discontinuing
Oak, Maple and Walnut Streets, between Washington and Wyoming
Avenues of Mountain View Addition to the City of Caldwell, as the
same appear upon the plat of said Addition now on file in the office.

Be it Ordained by the mayor and Council of the
City of Caldwell, Idaho.
Section 1. That Oak, Maple and Walnut Streets,
between Washington and Wyoming Avenues in Mountain View
Addition to the City of Caldwell, Idaho, as the same appear
upon the plat of said Addition, now on file in the office of
the Recorder of Canyon County, Z daho , be and the same hereby
are vacated, abandoned and discontinued.
