An Ordinance to regulete the removal or ' er,�aix of side-
walks in the city of Caldwell, Idaho.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Caldwell:
Section 1 ','hen the City Council shall V'�.eew any
side-walk on any of the streets of t'- city of Caldwell
unsafe, or dangeious, it way, by resolution passed by a
two-thirds majority of all the members elected to tI:e
Council, order such sine -walk 1,3moved or repaired, and
assess the cost and expense of removing or repairing the
same, against the xxopa- in front of which the same shall
be removed or repaired.
