Home My WebLink AboutORD 25357- 5 BILL NO. 49 ORDINANCE NO. 2 535 AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE A C -3 (SERVICE COMMERCIAL) ZONE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN LANDS; DETERMINING THAT SAID ZONING IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO; INSTRUCTING THE CITY ENGINEER AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR TO DESIGNATE SAID PROPERTY AS C -3 ON THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND OTHER AREA MAPS OF THE CITY REPEALING ALL LAWS ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO: WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Council of the City of Caldwell upon recommendation of the Caldwell Planning and Zoning Commission that Case No. ZON- 42 -04, a request by Freehold Development to rezone certain property, and following the public notice and hearing procedures as required by Idaho Code, Chapter 65 Local Planning Act, that the following described property be zoned C -3 (Service Commercial) zone and that said zoning designation is in the best interest of the City of Caldwell, Idaho.
