Description of Montecito Park No. 1 Subdivision
MONTECITO PARK NO. 1 is a parcel of land being a portion of the E 1/2 of the SE 114 of
Section 23, Township 4 North, Range 3 West, Boise Meridian, Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho,
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the NE corner of said E 1/2 of the SE 1 /4, (East 114 corner), said corner
monumented with a found 5/8 inch diameter iron pin;
Thence S 0 °34'57" W, a distance of 1534.18 feet along the easterly boundary of said E 1/2 of the
SE 1/4 to a 518 inch diameter iron pin;
Thence leaving the easterly boundary of said E 112 of the SE 1/4, N 56°31'58" W, a distance of
1286.78 feet to a 518 inch diameter iron pin;
Thence 8.25 feet along the arc of a 20.00 foot radius non tangent curve right, with a central angle
