Be it ordained by the TMayor and Council of Caidi
Idaho.
SE10 1. Thal-, the plat, and thr portions of
the alleys appearing thereon and included within the
blocks hereinafter enumerated, to wit, The Blocks Ten
(10), and Fourteen (14) to Twenty One (21) inclusive
of College Heights Addition to the City of Caldwell,
Idaho, as the same appear upon the revised map thereof
now on file in the office of the 'Recorder o'. Canyon
County, Idaho, be, and the same hereby are., in so far
as they affect the Blocks above described, vacated,
acandoned and discontinued.
