can be done the amount of money to be raised annually

Shall. be taxed and assessed upon all property in much

cost shall be assessed in proportion to the nuAbor of
feet of such lands and lots fronting thereon, or abat-
ting, contiguo or trili-xitary thereto, and included in
said improvement district, and in proportioi to the

provided by chapter 81 of the 1911 Session Tows anand-
ing Section 2238 of the 7evisod Codes of Who. TM
