Prior to the recordation of the vacation, the applicant shall perform the following, subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer (item no.'s 4 through 7 may be deferred until January 23 2005 provided a financial guarantee is posted with the City at 110% of the cost of the work, subject to approval of the City Engineer): Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. Section 4.
