AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 04 ARTICLE 07 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
THE CITY OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO; REGARDING
SECTION 04- 07 -07(3)B, LOCAL LIMITS FOR SPECIFIC POLLUTANTS BY DECLARING
THE LIMITS WHICH APPLY; SECTION 04 -07- 07(3 )B 1, BY REVISING NUMERICAL

CLERICAL ERRORS AND CLARIFYING DUTIES OF PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR;
SECTION 04- 07- 07(3)133, BY DECLARING WHERE LIMITS APPLY; SECTION 0407 -
07(3)B4, BY INCLUDING USE OF BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES; AND SECTION 04-
07-07(3)B5, BY DELETING.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, County of Canyon, State of
Idaho:
Section 1. That Article 7, Section 04- 07- 07(3)B shall be amended by adding certain language as
follows:
B. Local Limits for Specific Pollutants: The following pollutant limits are established to protect
against pass and interference. All concentrations form i substances are f r to
metals unless indicated otherwise. The Public Works Director may_ impose mass limitations in

Section 3. That Article 7, Section 04- 07 -07(3)B, Paragraph 2 shall be amended by adding ca
