HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 2352BILL NO. 38 ORDINANCE NO. 2352 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 04 ARTICLE 07 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO; REGARDING SECTION 04- 07 -07(3)B, LOCAL LIMITS FOR SPECIFIC POLLUTANTS BY DECLARING THE LIMITS WHICH APPLY; SECTION 04 -07- 07(3 )B 1, BY REVISING NUMERICAL LB TTS FOR TOXIC SUBSTANCES; SECTION 04- 07 -07(3)B2, BY CORRECTING CLERICAL ERRORS AND CLARIFYING DUTIES OF PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR; SECTION 04- 07- 07(3)133, BY DECLARING WHERE LIMITS APPLY; SECTION 0407 - 07(3)B4, BY INCLUDING USE OF BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES; AND SECTION 04- 07-07(3)B5, BY DELETING. BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, County of Canyon, State of Idaho: Section 1. That Article 7, Section 04- 07- 07(3)B shall be amended by adding certain language as follows: B. Local Limits for Specific Pollutants: The following pollutant limits are established to protect against pass and interference.
