ORDINANCE NO. 2269
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN OFFICIAL MAP THAT SUPERSEDES AND REPLACES
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF CALDWELL, CANYON
COUNTY, IDAHO, ON DECEMBER 13,1977; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND ZONING
MAP DESIGNATIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho:
SECTION 1. That the Caldwell Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on January 14,
1999 for Case No. OA- 21 -99, adoption of an official zoning map that supersedes and replaces the official
zoning map dated December 13, 1977. At said hearing Commission members forwarded a
recommendation onward to the Mayor and City Council that the new official zone map be adopted, and
that the map include the following statement: "This is to certify that this official zoning map supersedes
and replaces the official zoning map dated December 13, 1977 as part of Zoning Ordinance No. 1451 of
Caldwell, Idaho."
SECTION 2. That the new official zoning map includes all rezones and annexations that have occurred
since December 13, 1977; all said rezones and zone boundary changes did receive City Council approval
at respective public hearings held periodically from December 13, 1977 through December 31, 1998.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and
publication according to law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Caldwell this 1" day of February, 1999.
APPROVED BY THE MAYOR of the City of Caldwell this I' day of February, 1999.
